Do we ever press pause on our busy lives and address the state of our heart? The Bible says ..."Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. (another version says it determines the course of your life)" Through this message we learn the difference between putting a wall around our heart or guarding it. Allowing God to heal us from the inside out, so that we don't survive our lives but we thrive!
