In the Bible, Paul says, life is a race. To run a race well, we must get rid of anything that holds us down. Un-forgiveness, regret and negative nostalgia are some of the main things the devil uses to get us to slow down and focus on the wrong things. This message highlights how we can maneuver life by helping us realize what we are holding onto, how to drop them and how move on.
